Is it risky to submit all the time with the same IP ?

Hi to all,

Just want to know please
I am in fix IP, is it risky or to be ban if i submit often every day mimes pages in RSS or search engines ?
(do they ban me (save my ip or need to clean cookies)if i submit in search engines 1-2-3 time a day same page with same iIP or no )

It depends on how many times a day you do it. It's always a good idea to use proxies regardless, but if you're not flooding them, then you don't have much to worry about.

Also, submitting your site to Google once a day isn't going to help your cause out at all.

Get a list with 600 pages to sublit imagine need 4 hours

so change ip each time finist list is better than submit 1-2-3 times with same IP ?
