Is it risky ?(about links from blog farm)

I have 20 or so different ips and a bit more domains.
My main money site is only one but there are a lot of useful keywords for my niche so I made many "mini sites" with different keywords for each.
They are "gateway" sites to my main site.

I'm creating blog farms to target those sites.

So I want links for all the sites.
Is it risky to put links for all my mini sites from each blog?
My mini sites contain links to my main target money site.

So, it looks like this.

Blog --> My mini sites --> my target site
↓
My target site

Let's say, my blog farm itself is OK, but if each blog contains the same links (toward my mini sites and my main site), would Google notice it?

All my mini sites are on different ips, but they have links to my target site.
My mini sites are NOT linked to each other.

If it is risky, could you suggest a better way?
I thought about creating a farm for each my mini site, but it's a lot of work.

Are your IPs C class? There's something called "bad neighborhood". Ex: if your IPs like;

1.1.1.2
1.1.1.3
1.1.1.4...

You should stay away.

I am using bunch of free blog hosts. Some free blog hosts (including wordpress) give you a blog with different c-class ips each time you sign up. For my mini sites I use 3 different hosts, plus one more host which provides different c-class ips....

I don't interlink these mini sites. But I link them to my money site, that's the difficult part....even if my farm itself is perfectly linked so that Google doesn't notice that they are connected, but if each one of the blog has the same links to the same group of sites which have the same link each to my money site, I wonder if Google doesn't notice anything...
