Nobody can tell you unfortunately. I would advice you to not trust anyone who is overly confident in predicting the future. The people who do this are not aware of their own ignorance or are pursuing a certain agenda. Always do your own research.
To answer your questions more precisely: You could cash out some of your BTC and keep some. This way you won't be left behind if it moons again.
regarding ETH you could do a similar thing only with buying. You could buy some ETH without putting all your money into it.

I am always skeptical about investing in cryptos for a long time. I would recommend people to try to trade cryptos, but I am not sure that investing in them is a good idea. They are too volatile and unpredictable, from my perspective.
Why do you feel not right time?
