Is it recommended to use a proxy?

If you're planning to manage multiple YouTube channels long term, using an antidetect browser (like multilogin, gologin, or hidemyacc) with clean residential proxies can help keep each channel isolated with its own fingerprint. That setup lowers the risk of one account dragging down the others.
Also worth testing: try uploading from a fresh environment with new IP and system settings, and avoid reusing any flagged details from old accounts.

YouTube doesn't really care if you use a proxy or not; they don't assume the reputation of an IP address. If you need to check for yourself, try registering your YouTube channel at the most spammed IP address in the world. They'll keep it active.
They are no longer reliant on static indicators Instead, they are focused on dynamic behaviour-based detection, which is significantly harder to bypass.
