I have bought followliker used it for a couple of days, works good so far it seems.

but when you bot there is a always risk of getting banned and then all work for nothing, vs doing everything manually you wont get banned and then curating content, enganging in your comments and so on would create more engaged audience?

I dont know, What's your strategy/opinion?

Why do you think that doing everything manually won't get you banned?

^this.

Doing shady stuff like follow/unfollow can also get you banned if you're doing it manually since it's against Instagram TOS.

It might need a few hours to set up, but when you got it running & it saves you half an hour per day it will pay off after a week or so.

Yes now that I think about it it's the same thing doing it manually lol, I didnt know it was against TOS to follow/unfollow. Was just thinking if they can see a pattern that you are botting you are banned but if you can get banned doing it manually to then it doesn't matter.

I've been using FollowLiker on and off for over a year, to be honest it hasn't really worked well at all for me. I think I'm being too conservative with my settings.

I see more growth following/unfollowing small amounts manually, focusing on my content, comment engagement and liking other peoples photos in amounts of 3-5 p/feed.

I will probably revisit FollowLiker and keep testing methods. I use the same Follow/Like/Like/Like pattern on the likes of recent photos of the same accounts in my niche, which most of the experienced users seem to suggest doing but it works better manually for me than it does on auto.

My FL settings:
- Scrape user limit: 3 (On a targeted image from the same niche with high engagement)
- Scrape photo limit: 3
- "FLC:"
- Like limit: 3-9
- Daily limit: 130-305
- Likes Delay: 92-230 seconds

If anyone can offer me a better adjustment for my settings, I'm all ears.

Could you please point me to where in the TOS it says that I'm not allowed to follow people to then later unfollow them? Since we have the option to unfollow users, it would seem strange if it was against the the TOS. As long as you stay within the limits set by IG to protect the community, then I dont think and can't seem where in the TOS it says this is not allowed - (I might just not have been able to find it in my quick search, so please point me to it, if it says so).

That being said, you can still be banned by doing things manually if you are having a spamming behavior.

You should be able to follow 1,000 users a day on an aged account without any trouble. So if you want to play it safe, you should easily be able to double your daily following number.

i did grow much faster manual the with FL

Try to do this with a bot.

I've once unfollowed around 3500 people in a day manually.
I usually go 900-1100 followings per day manually even with 1month old accounts.
I do 1000 manually followings and 1000 unfollowing daily with my aged account.
I used to like 3-4k pictures daily manually with a fresh new account, and I've probably even gone up to 5k during some days.

Guess what? Never a ban, just very rarely some temp bans (and only because unfollowing too fast on fresh accounts).

Oh, and did I mention that these accounts on which I've been working manually aren't even PVA?

It looks like not everyone is meant to be a finger ninja.

Best Regards,
Jaymien.

Is allways a risk involved, but I think is much easier to use a bot.

1000 Following/unfollowings a day is unreal, I'm jealous, so is 3-4K likes daily.
I'm playing it safe scaling up from 100 to 600 max follow/unfollow, and scaling up 400-1300 max likes.
I've been temp banned for way less... The accounts were 3.5 months at the time, now they are 6 months.

Are you still able to hit those numbers with fresh accounts, or are those the good 'ol days?

Try growing 100 accounts manually, that should give you a nice perspective on why people use bots.

For fresh accounts, I start slowly, and I progressively scale up week by week.
About the following I reach about 1k followings after 3weeks.
About the liking, I was capable of arriving at those numbers from day one; this happened 1.5 months ago.

The others where I can reach 1k follow/unfollow per day are 3.5/4 years old accounts.

No? Really? Wow.

OP has explicitly asked this about one account, which is presumably his main. And I will say yes to manual growth if you only need to manage 1/2 accounts, because:

1. you will get greater engagement.
2. you have fewer boundaries than using a bot.

No shit captain if you want to Spam and scale up to hundreds of accounts you need a bot, that's what I do as well, but for what involves 1/2 primary accounts you can put in a little of effort and do it manually rather than wasting money for nothing. Botting is recommended just if you're planning to use MANY accounts (or if you're a lazy piece of cake).

Why would you use a bot unless you NEED to? That should be obvious.

Some users bought FL or use MP just for one account. They sincerely believe that those bots somehow will boost their growth.

Buying it for one account seems like a huge waste. That statement would go hand in hand with "don't put all of your eggs in one basket". Bots do boost growth, they increase effectiveness with your time, and allow you to gain + profit while doing other tasks.

Bots can be much more productive. There is only so much you can do manually and then the hours of the day are just not enough. And when bots are set up properly, they are like good workers that multiply your abilities and earnings. And don't forget, you can always use a mixture of both. Let the bot do the tasks where your human touch is not that important, while you concentrate on the important stuff. Still, sooner or later (hopefully), your operation will be large enough that manual will simply not cut it, even if the bots are helping.

Ever since I started using a bot, I don't think I will ever go back to managing accounts manually again. It just takes too much of my time and very tedious and tiring as well.

Automation could be really helpful if you know what you're doing. But if you're miss to stay under the radar and go overboard, it might out turn out to be really dangerous and get all your accounts suspended.

But then again, there are certain tasks which take a lot of human resources and can be simplified using simple tools so why not use them and utilize your time towards something better?
