well my question is I want to use Thesis framework but I cant afford it I downloaded a copy from here I tested it in free hosting it works I dont know if it is clean or not. if I use it in a domain with my informations (not whois protected)
is it possible that I could get in troubles ???

i m using the same thesis theme which i downloaded from here, it passed TAC (theme authenticity checker) plugin but i dont know how to detect callbacks coz i m a noob with themes, so i m just hoping its gud :o
 
If is nulled there is no callbacks. You dont need to worry about the developers but about google. Fix your robots.txt so the spiders cant read your site themes and plugins. Hope it helps you! :)

how I should worry about google can you explain please ?
 
Get a nulled copy and you wouldn't have to worried about it.
Either that, or read through the codes and search for callbacks.
 
Why would you even want to run Thesis to begin with? It's an overpriced piece of crap, unless you REALLY need and know how to use all of its features.

The vast majority of people who run Thesis don't need it to begin with. You can do most of what it does with a simple theme and one or two plugins.
 
use magazine basic theme. Its FOC and looks like thesis with alot of options.

Thesis is really good for seo and it loads fast and you could see that all professional bloggers using it or using genesis framework
I am already using prototype it is very simple, but I really like Thesis
 
If you want your website for the long term and aiming for huge traffic, then don't do that man, just get a free theme or buy a good one
