That's your problem.
Public proxies are known and you are not fooling anyone by using them, they are good maybe for scraping.

Of course, tons of people use the same proxy, you have no idea what others are doing with it.
Don't make accounts on public proxies.

Can't really rely on public proxies, they're widely known as being public and their quality is questionable. So yeah, while you can't be identified exactly, you will look like you're obviously hiding. Kinda like wearing a balaclava in the middle of summer. Sure no one knows who you are, but you stick out like a sore thumb. On top of anti-detection browsers,
invest on a mobile proxy if you aim to create multiple accounts anywhere, IMO.
