Hello :) I have a question. If i try to buy facebook page and i pay the owner via paypal, and he didnt give me page, is it possible to send a dispute and actually win? because it is illegal to sell/buy facebook pages?

Don't be an ass and request a chargeback after he sends it to you though. Too many people do shit like that. Asshats.

you sure you aren't asking to do this after you actually received your order and rip off the provider?

This didnt happen, but it might happen since i found a page seller with 200k fans for 100$.. I dont want to be tricked

there is always risk involved but paypal is good for the buyer.
they will return the money if the seller does not deliver ... how this can be proven for facebook pages ... i dont know ;)

you can pay the seller half, then give the other half after he gives you the full authority to the page. :)

I actually go with this. So far, paypal does side with the buyer. It's worth giving it a try and report this to them.

The seller is actually taking more risk than you, so you shouldnt worry
