Nope, but u can replace the logo with very less efforts, and if the background is solid color then it can be removed easily

Put a solid color patch and your logo on it, that's the only possible way.

If you put GIF animated logo on the patch it will look very nice.

Yes, with enough work and skills it's possible to remove almost any watermarks from a video. The cost for that though may come in the thousands per second as you will need a vfx team for some cases to replicate what's behind the watermark.

All auto watermark removal tools are bull crap that work (kinda) only for super easy instances; barring some of the latest AI algorithms developed specifically for the purpose and having some pretty steep learning curve to operate.
