Yup use BlueStacks it's a App Player , install it then go to play store and download instagram then upload normally its like you are using a Tablet
 
gamblr is the best , you can use blue stacks or NOx player.. several options..
 
gramblr is my go-to tool for this as well.
i remember reading you can also do it by setting your user-agent to a mobile phone and going to instagram.com
