With a windows based server it is possible using remote desktop connections

You can not do anything like that. Although you can make some php code that will act as a software. Those can be applets also.

Why not! You need a VPS or dedicated windows server for that. Infact, there are cheap VPS services advertised in BHW which come pre-installed with the softwares that you are talking about. Do a search to find out...

yes we can, its possible but its a bit tricky. you need to learn a lot of info about this to perform this task.
