Is it possible to syndicate video to multiple video sharing sites??

Few days back I asked about the video syndication services.Now Can anyone tell me Is it possible to syndicate self create video to multiple video sharing websites through software?? I need to syndicate at least 15-20 websites can any one recommend me best paid software ?
