Is it possible to split openai 2500$ credit account?

yes there is technical issue

OpenAI startup fund give $2500 credit. We can sell whole account and create new owner for that credit.

If we want to sell $500 or $400 there is no option to do that.

we can create api and sell but we can't restirct that api for specific credit. So any one can use whole credit if they have api access

I think you can create an api key and set a usage limit on it.
You will get an email that 90% usage is reached and then 100% usage is reached.
At that point login to openai and disable the api key.

May be if you guys sell this way you may get more sales.
