Is it possible to set Proxy web server with private proxies ips? (Ready made)

I have searched and found glyph and a few old php proxy web server scripts. But i couldn't find any settings for which proxy ip to use. They are all may be default using your web servers ip.
Is it possible to set a proxy web server that uses your private proxies without coding knowledge ?

glype does indeed use your web server ip and is very limited. What you should be looking is for squidproxy, that's what you really want.
