Hello there!
My friend started to sell medical, but it's hard to advertise anywhere. Is it possible to sell something in Twitter?
Not the ads, but just making posts or something like that?
And as well, is possible to sell SOMETHING on Twitter?

In other niches I can't say but for adult content twitter is a great source of gold, products, infoproducts, model promotions, CPAs and follows the infinite list

Yes I see people selling courses I mean tonnes of people and some of them are still making some good money doing that

If you can make a proper brand of yourself, it definitely is possible.

Saw a few guys who are selling products successfully without showing their faces or revealing their identity as well.
