Is it possible to "sell" Instagram Sponsored Ads as a middleman?

I'm curious. Businesses are getting curious about this and I want to cash on it quick.

A couple people I know want to get those Sponsored Ads on Instagram, but don't know how to do it and are ready to pay someone else to do it for them.

Can Facebook basically let me add their IG accounts to a single, central Page I can manage and buy Sponsored Ads on the behalf of these accounts?

My main concern is that this would be limited to 1 page per IG account and I don't know how easy/hard it is to make multiple pages, so I can do these ads for multiple accounts i.e. multiple people.

Does that make sense?
