Is it possible to sell a hosting account. .

    I bought a IPage hosting account few months back . I don't use it now . . I bought Unlimited plan for one year . . So it expires on Aug.2013.Is it possible to sell it . If so please tell me how to do so.Thank you.

    yes, of course you can sell it. Just try posting about your sale on various forums. I am sure you will find someone appropriate.

    If you used your real information when you registered I'd be real careful about selling it on a forum. You might walk out your door one day and be greeted by some guys in black suits. If your real info is there you're responsible for whatever transpires on there and the person you sell it do can abuse it and just walk away leaving you holding the bag. I read on WHT a guy did such a thing and got a $300 bill for BW overage 5 months after he sold the hosting.

    Be careful.

    Just go to the Company's website and ask for a pro-rated refund on the remaining months that you will not be using. They will shut it down and refund you the amount of months that will not be used. I can't imagine any company would not allow this, it has worked for me with Hostgator several times.
