Is it possible to sell a blackhat site?

Something I've always been curious about. I'm fairly certain sites like EmpireFlippers, Flippa, etc. do not allow 'blackhat' listings in their marketplace.

Those of you who start / own 'blackhat' businesses, do you just go into the venture knowing there isn't really an exit strategy?

People can and do still sell directly to other people without a broker.
