It Only show what post , stream , content this fellow share inside the Group. What I mean here is wanna see in which Other Groups this fellow sharing the same post to.

I think you got it, but I don't want to follow or add them as friend. I asking is there another way to check which various FB groups they share and post.

The another option is just that you also join lots of similar groups and then you can see if he posts there too (without following that person). In short, you can only see the groups that you have joined, and see if he/she posts there. There is no option of tracking him/her in all groups.
