Is it possible to scrape Google finding websites that don't use SSL?

Hi, I'm wondering if there is a way or a tool to scrape Google to find websites that are http and not using an SSL? Preferably finding non-secure sites based on a keyword.

And if yes, then, of course, the next question would be if it's possible to scrape emails from those URL's.
