I have a large database of linkedin users, I need to send them emails.

How can I send them 200-300 emails per day without those emails going to spam?

How many account do I need to use without getting restrictions?

Any ideas what strategies to use?

Is it any reliable service provider here on bhw who could help with that?

300 daily can be done with sendgrid easily. But you got to learn how to warm up properly.

People are sending tons of emails in bulk.
It all depends on your email contents. If it passes through the spam filters, it should be delivered to the inbox folder.

SendGrid, MailChimp and all other autoresponders are not for cold mailing, they will ban your accounts very quickly it's against their terms.

You can easily use an automated solution to send 200-300 emails per day using some Gmail accounts and proxies.

1 domain, 3-4 email accounts is all that is needed. You need to make sure the email accounts are properly warmed up and that the content of the email is passing spam checks.

Connect the domain and take any of the mailing list services. There you will be able to confirm the site you will be running traffic to and so the trust in the domain will be greater and less chance of getting spammed!

Yes it's easily and safely to send more than 400 email because the email doesn't said that multiple email does not exist in one day so you can send email
Thankyou so much

You can try brevo (email marketing tool) for 200-300 mails per day (It offers a free plan that allows you to send up to 300 emails per day.) Its really work great for small campaigns.

What's the upper limit of emails from brevo?

You can't avoid them to get to spam unless you have their permission first to send them emails. This usually done via their subscription to email list.

you can easily do this with most mailing service providers as trial

This requires you to use a reputable email service provider and then warm up your account

First of all, you should validate emails (you can google services for this). If you send emails to broken addresses, your account will quickly be shadowbanned, and all your emails will end up in the Spam folder

For sending, you can use Mailmeteor – it's a good service. I’ve sent a lot through them. Found them on Product Hunt back in 2021 or 2022

And as the guys mentioned above: warm up accounts :)

use a cheap and reliable email-sending software. there are a ton out there. but I have tried sending 100+ emails a day manually (like just BCC them) and I think it worked out just fine.

Is this even legal to do?

SendGrid or MailChimp will be good for this. You can also create your own e-mail server
