Is it possible to reach US audience without US SIM card?

Someone hinted that it is possible to reach US audience with account made on US IP with reliable proxy.

But again someone said that its not possible, but only with SIM card that you can reach American audience.

Can someone clarify/help this for me?

Yes, but to this thing you need to use tablet, not phone.
TikTok know if you are using tablet or phone.
Tablet must be not with SIM slot

No, it's even not properly tested ;)
But it would be weird if TikTok ban non sim tablets like older ipads
 
Yes, you need a US ip and make sure to remove all sims from the phone.

Don't use proxy directly on iphone. Use it on another device and create a Wi-Fi hotspot and then connect. Make sure your real ip is not leaked by dns

yes but vpns are rubbish and accounts get banned quickly
 
I created one tiktok account just with a good proxy with some extensions with Aws emulator
