I'm Planning to Rank this keyword..
Its a health related niche.
Can i Buy a health related domain and posts some articles on low competiting keywords, then is it possible to rank this ?

The software says, "Relatively easy". There's too many factors to give a solid answer, but it's possible to rank for any keyword, and the competition for this specific keyword doesn't look too hard.
 
I want to buy a health related domain
for example: Healthzone.Com
want to install WP and some essential plugins..
and i will create a category on that domain
example: healthzone.com/category/Mykeyword
then is it possible to rank that selected category ?

Seems pretty easy from the screenshot. I'd also say to just go for it. The competition for this keyword isn't really all that hard, this could come out pretty profitable.
 
Looks fairly simple, just use some longtails and you'll see some traffic.
 
Definitely possible; I imagine it will be more difficult with a new domain that isn't an EMD, though. I've never really considered the 'category' strategy. Best of luck.
 
Top spot (the site ranked #1) has 3 backlinks from governmental sites, so it will be difficult to get #1, but it won't be hard to get on the first page.

Check the bank links (use Yahoo site explorer) of the top 5 sites... Try and get a link on all the sites that are in some way related to the Health niche that your competitors are on. Even the Gov domains should be possible if they have done it. Try and think out of the box.

Do your on page SEO properly build bank links and it should come. It will take a little time though so be patient.
 
Easy. Build gov and edu links first. Then a pyramid with lots of backlinks should get you there
 
....and some people say dmoz doesnt make or break rankings, lol - Id like to find someone who can sell a guaranteed inclusion, that would be nice
