I would like to create a site for only one product ( Nikon D5100 16.2MP CMOS Digital SLR Camera with 3-Inch Vari-Angle LCD Monitor ). Is it possible to rank on 1st page on google in a week?
How could I achieve that using blackhat as I know whitehat is not the solution in such a short time.
I was thinking of making a blogspot site dedicated only to this product and add description on it, reviews about it and the link to my amazon affiliate.
The problem starts here, what tools should I use for this, I've read about senukex, magic submitter and a few others, but I actually don't still know what I need to rank on the first page, I don't need to be 1st, just on the first page, it would still be amazing.
What tools and what other advices you have on being able to succeed on this?

Doable, but it would require some funding :)
 
For a term so specific, it should be a cakewalk. I mean create/buy a site that has the exact keywords in place. Do the onpage seo.
Then blast the site with some backlinks from high pr sites and tweet bomb it. Should do the trick.
 
understood, why did the other posters above is impossible, they didn't want to elaborate their answers:)
also if I would limit the ranking to a smaller keyword would it still apply ? Nikon D5100
 
Now that i think would be harder because many more people would be ranking for it. It is doable as for any keyword but it would take a little longer. But if you make a good site with original well optimized content then there shouldn't be a problem.
 
and what seo tools should I learn to help me do this? I am willing to learn using them no matter how complicated they are, I just need a competitive solution...
 
Sorry what's the term you are hoping to rank for "Nikon D5100" ?

It is possible, but the odds are against it. Being on the first page of Google does nothing, Jon Snow. Being in the first 3 spots does.

If you had done basic keyword research you would see:

This KW has an average Domain age of 10 years for the results on the first page, the average page rank of the pages is PR3, and the smallest number of backlinks to any domain in the top 10 results is 600,000 plus.

You cannot white hat a front page site in Google in a week for this term. Probably not in a month. The people who are saying they can are being wildly optimistic.

Personally I wouldn't try it, unless I could find a buying term that was better. This is not a buying keyword, it is a general information keyword.

For those who caught the reference above, ur a nerd.
 
Absolutely no chance of getting into the top ten pages in a year even if you work hard at it. Sorry but that's a highly commercial selling keyword..go to page 20 of google and you will still find large photograph shops with big budgets competing that far down.

I don't have time to study all the keywords but there may be a long tail keyword that is rank able in a time period.

Only once have I gotten page one in less than a week. I had an emd and put up a good site that miraculously got crawled and ranked in five days. That was a freak though. Most times I expect my site to be indexed within a week but don't even bother checking to see where it is for 3 to 4 weeks.
 
Never say never Duffers. Buy a site that is ranking for Nikon that has years on it. Start building it up with PR6+ backlinks and do the general seo.
And if MUST get it to top 1 with no exceptions, then get your money bags and start full out negative seo campaigns on the other sites combined with full attacks to disable their server, sites and full redirects.

I would not encourage this, but it was just to show that everything is possible if you want it enough.
 
Hey dont get me wrong I am up for a challenge...But I think its important that new people dont get pumped up with can-do spirit.

Can you climb Mt Everest...?
Can you run a Marathon under 3 hours ....?
Can you learn a new Language in a month....... ? the answer is of course yes you can !! however it should be pointed out to people that it will be ball-breakingly difficult.

So when I see posts of the "can I earn $100 a day off adsense" or "will I be able to quit my full time job and live off IM?" I just like to cool the waters down with a touch of realism .

Do not try to rank in a week? Having such deadlines can make you overdoing SEO which is not good in the long run.
 
I'm not saying it will be easy. And i do understand where you are coming from. And i hope you did not take the above as an assault :)
Yes it is necessary to show the newcomers that it is not easy, but at the same time, stomping their dreams to dust is not a solution either.

Because who knows, maybe he is the one who is willing to work 18h a day to get the job done.

That is what I was going to do, I was looking for aged domains now and was trying to find out if it makes any importance if there appears an updated in the status like
