If it's a new account but you're just not getting any views, you don't need a new device. You need to a) make better content or b) create a new account on the same device

If it's an existing account that you have been posting on and for whatever reason, you are now shadowbanned, or some of your videos are shadowbanned, then depending on the severity of your violations, I'd recommend starting with a new device and a new account.

Like BlueStacks emulator? Or which one are you talking about?

Damn yeaah exactly I am wondering if an emulator such as blue stacks automatically causes a shadow ban cause I would download a viral vid off of twitter then post it using my account on Bluestacks but I had the same account on my phone (which cannot run TikTok ;( so I didn't make an excuse and found a way!) but if emulators are blocked from gaining reach that would be an issue...

-- I haven't been able to create any videos using BlueStacks emulator so far, at least. I mean, it isn't hard to do it on the phone. Download to PC, add to cloud, download on phone, upload.
