It is not possible to use twitter anonymously, you have to create an account and
you need an email address for that. Most of the time twitter will then ask you for
a mobile number and authenticate it, so that you are not anonymous at all,
you just have a pseudonym.

You mean keeping your account IP anonymous? I didn't get your question correctly.

If you buy your crypto with your credit card, you won't be anonymous.

There's no way to post on Twitter anonymously. Best way to go about that is make a side account and keep it far and clear away from your main. Alternatively, you can keep your actual IP information hidden from Twitter using either VPNs or Proxies. Which you use depends on what exactly you aim to do there. Usually for botting/ automations, you're best bet are 4G proxies. Hope that helps.

This takes me back to days when botnets were controlled by Twitter tweets probably still is.
There definitely is a way to post on Twitter anonymously.
Hacker group Anonymous uses Twitter for their announcements.
Just use anonymous email, Trails OS, good VPN and you are good to go.

Of course it is -
1. Find and initiate a P2P transaction for crypto on one of those sites.
2. Hire a lad to deposit cash in the seller's account through an online site using Tor.
3. Place the cash in an unmarked envelope below a park bench
4. Make sure the park bench is between camera blind spots.
5. Have the lad deposit the cash for you.
6. Make sure you watch from a safe distance, away from the prying eyes of the camera and any surveillance.
7. Get crypto from seller.
8. Buy VPN subscriptions, RDPs etc. using said Crypto.
9. Turn on the VPN, connect to an RDP, turn on a second VPN there, where in turn you run MRD and RDP into a third RDP with a third VPN running. Continue chaining VPNs and RDPs till you've had enough.
10. Open Twitter in the last VPN-enabled RDP.
11. Setup an account.
12. Post a tweet.
13. Your tweet is now anonymous.
I mean it'll be really slow and you'll probably require 7 minutes to post one tweet and you can forget about tweeting images and videos. But it'll be extremely high on the anonymity chart.

Twitter has Tor website, look it up and access it using tor browser.
