Is it possible to monetize videos using Reddit screen-recordings?

Hi all,

Was thinking about ideas on how to generate videos from pre-existing content, and thought of this as one potential method:

Basically, doing screen-recording or screen-capture stills of Reddit posts.

Can anyone confirm whether this would imply copyright infringement?

Man this niche is the deadest thing ever. It may get you monetized if your edit is good, but you will never get the requirements in the first place

Most YouTube channels that do this use animation or stock videos edited together with spoken narration of the reddit source material.

Doing a screen recording of reddit is not going to get any attention unless you do something to really add value or clickbate.

Like reddit read as Donald Duck. Thought then Disney would sue you... Haha

You could do something like Drunken History and do "Reading reddit while drunk" and exaggerate the drunkenness and add drunken asides and commentary interjections to the source.

But all of this is really played out.

I do not think is a good way and i will agree with @RRunner comment. It is a not a great thing that gives your video attention at all!
You better create nice content with those posts content. As long as you produce good content and view - information - it will work.

Agreed with all of the above. I am personally tired of reddit videos, but there might be some room to it as long as you make it unique.
