Is it possible to monetize shorts without 1000 subscribers ?
What other ways you suggest ?In general yeah but not within the YouTube partner program.
Depends on your channel and niche. To be honest I wouldn’t think about monetization unless you have a lot of engagement and views on your videos. Especially shorts are hard to monetize since they’re only a few seconds and the attention span of viewers is really low. What other ways you suggest ?

I use shorts to bring people to my normal videos, where you can then monetize it.After you have gained views, what ways you use other than partner program ?
Do you upload both on same channel ?I use shorts to bring people to my normal videos, where you can then monetize it.
Yes for ypp, that is the requirement. But there are other ways to make money with shorts. If you want to monetize YPP you ofc need 1k subs
Yeah I do. I don't see the value in maintaining two separate channels. In the end you won't be able to do much with a channel that only uploads YT Shorts.Do you upload both on same channel ?
It's better shift to TikTok maybe? Is it possible to monetize shorts without 1000 subscribers ?
TikTok is banned here. I cannot access it all. It's better shift to TikTok maybe?
Yes, this new short requirement is interesting. Many people will benefit from this. The current monetization requirements are 1000 subscribers and either 4000 watch hrs. in the last 12 months or 10 million shorts views in the last 90 days.
