Is it possible to manage 100 IG accounts without getting suspended?

I guess the only way to manage that amount of accounts is to use desktop and anti-detect browser like incogniton.

Is it true that the only way for managing IG accounts on desktop is to use mobile proxies? Residential proxies should not work?

What else tactics/tools should I use without getting suspended?

Yes, anti-detect browser (I prefer Dolphin) together with mobile proxies is the safest way. They're more expensive than residential but a lot less likely to get your accounts suspended.

Using a desktop is one way, but nothing beats actual mobile device farms.

And yes, mobile proxies are the way to go. When you run a reverse dns query on an IP from a residential proxy provider, you often get the name of a Broadband service provider. Those IPs are never shared among users behind a CGNAT gateway so Instagram figures out something is sus and bans them eventually.

But that's not usually the case with mobile proxies. Tho it does not imply that accounts on a mobile proxy cannot get banned, there are other factors too.
 
Manage those accounts on real phones, nothing is better than a phone in my opinion.
 
100 accounts that's a lot, I think you should have more phones
 
Real phone farm is the best way. Obviously the account get more views in the real phone than other devices.
 
If you combine antidetect browser with residential proxies you can create clean enviroment to manage these accounts and website can detect eventhough you are running them from one computer
 
Anti detect and residential proxies should still work fine however mobile proxies are better. It is still important to have a good proxy provider.
