Is it possible to make money from pintetest?

I have a pinterest fashion page about women with 2700 followers . i am active on it and i pin everyday and im still getting new followers everyday . is there a way to make some money from ?? or no ? please help me get some ideas . i need your help and thank you

Of course there is.

The easiest way to go is to make simple wordpress website, add couple of articles and nice pics and adsense ads there. Then pin your pics to Pinterest regularly.
Post new articles to your website daily, always include pics so you have something to pin and that would be it.

Other method would be to start some kind of e-commerce website.
