is it possible to make $400 a day from only ebay?

Yes it's possible but as it's already been said you need to have the right products.

I'm gonna start selling silicone wristbands (huge demand in the U.S) i'm gonna buy 500 for $100 and even if i make 60 cent profit on each wristband i'll make $300 from the hole 500. So i guess the secret isn't how much you sell for, it's how many you sell.

Guys really are you calculating all the commision which ebay and paypal take off from your profit? Then you need at least to put a 30% margin for your products and it depends on what you sell. When starting on ebay in my opinion it is almost impossible to make 400 bucks a day. But I keep my fingers crossed so you will have luck with it. Man would I be happy when I could buy my own house just in a year from making money on ebay :hand:
When I calculated it was about 14% or less, correct me if I'm wrong.

In order to PROFIT $400 per day, you'd probably need to have over $1000 per day in total sales. That's a lot of volume for someone just starting out.

Anything is possible :)

You shouldn't expect it overnight though. I would recommend putting in a lot of research to finding the right product with great profit margins.

It'll be a lot of testing, some points where it feels like "failing"...but if you want to buy your family that house..it's all about hustling and keeping your feet moving forward OP :)

Btw, very noble of you. I love it when internet marketers want to make money online for anything but just
simply making money. Props :)

It's all about finding the right product with a high enough profit. After you get that item it's all about scaling up.
There's a problem with scaling up a single product on ebay, there's always a time when you can't scale up anymore.
But you can find hundreds of items on different niches. When I started with ebay I thought I will sell only one single item, but then I saw that I can't make much effort with a single item (even that I sold 10 a day with 10 bucks net effort) there was days with 20 sells and was days with 1 sell.
A tip for you, if the item is static (can be drunk or eaten or spend anyway else) then find more items.

anybody want to learn how to make a few hundred a day on ebay, pm me! Only helping a short sum of people !!!

Yes, It is possible to make more then 400$ in a day bye ebay but you must use niche finder tool which will help you to make money at ebay.

Yes, $400 a day profit is possible. You need the right products that you can sell comeptively and still make at least 25% profit (ebay and paypal fees will take almost 10% of your sales). Don't ask me which products because you need to research this thoroughly and those who are already doing this will not share their niche with you, it would be cutting their own income if they did so.

There is already a thread on BHW about how to make a $1,000 a month sellingon eBay, it has some good advice in it about finding products.

You will want an eBay store to get better positioning for your listings. The store needs to be well designed to add to your credibility factor. Obviously, you will need good feedback with high number of feedback to instill confidence from buyers. You may need to "buy" feedback by buying low cost items from others who will exchange feedback and selling some items for as little as $1 to get several sales.

how can make $400 when ebay giving limit to new account only 500$ a month..lol

My best day on eBay was $458 profit.

I make money Poppin Tags on eBay.

I have sold on the site for over 2 years now. I sell clothes that I buy at the thrift store.

I tried scaling up and hired a college kid to run it for me and he ran it into the ground. I had to use BH techniques to get a new account because my account was banned.

I am back up to $50 a day. It can be a lot of work because each item is unique and has to have photos.

Cool thing is the profit margin though. I spend 99 cents on most items and list them for just under $10. So. As Macklemore raps about - With $20 in my pocket, I can pick up 19 items have a little change left over and see $190 in sales on average. I build additional fees into the shipping cost to cover my expenses so typically what my item sells for is my profit.

eBay has limits when you first start. 10 items per month $1,000 max. They have different thresholds for different items. After a couple months you can get the limits raised.

I have a friend that did over $138k in used clothing sales last year. Taxes, fees and expenses took a big chunk with a little over $60k in profit. I will not get rich by sell crap from thrift stores, but it is a nice side income ~PLUS~ the clothes in my closet are freakin awesome.

I agree with everybody here !! you can make that $ and even more but just need to have the right product anyway with luck with sales !!
