Is it possible to get hosting for gsa so that i can keep it running 24hrs a day even when pc is turned off? If so whats it called please and where can i get it from? I thought it was vpn hosting but think im wrong

Get a VPS or dedicated server and that should take care of that. You can rent out a whole server (dedicated) for yourself to run 24/7. A VPS should be almost as good if you can't afford a dedi. Just make sure your using a provider that allows seo tools. You will likely still have to use proxies.

Also make sure to get a windows one, and not linux!

Get a Windows VPS if you are low or budget or simply get a Dedicated Server to make the most of it. Checkout the marketplace you might get some good deals.

It's VPS hosting not VPN.

I like OVH vps because it's good value but personally I prefer their dedicated server which are extremely good value as well
Note: I have tried both.
