Hi people, my question was, say if you have a relatively low following, and purchase 20k followers from fiverr is there a high of chance of being banned?
is it possible to get banned..?

I assume you're talking about Twitter -- and yes, it is possible to have your account banned.

do you have an aged twitter account? or brand new account? if it's the latter then i think there's a possibility of getting banned.

If you get all the 20k at once then yeah there is possibility of getting banned. If you tell the provider to spread out the delivery over few days or even weeks, you won't get caught in the spam filter.

as much as your account close to be a real account, your chances of getting banned decreases.

There are relatively low chances if the account is aged but still if they find something fishy and extremely odd, then probably they can ban, though, I still feel aged accounts are not banned very easily.

Newer accounts are more prone to getting banned by the spam filters but if you have a personal account that you create genuine content on daily and interact with others on a daily basis your odds are decreased, this is just coming from personal experience as I created a test account after the ToS update and sure enough the new account was banned within the first 48 hours of creation. I ended up getting it un-banned after about a weeks worth of emailing customer service and providing some personal information and have not had issues since...*fingers crossed*

The account getting followed will not get banned. The accounts following may get banned. So for example, if John Smith has 1 follower, and then all of a sudden has 100,000, Twitter monitors and goes through the fake accounts, and you'll notice your 100,000 following decreasing slowly, until probably 70,000 or so. The John Smith account will not be banned though.
Also, it's noteworthy to take the advice of people in here about the account looking legit as possible. Make sure the photo looks like a real person, it links to a website, that looks like the person owns or controls it in some manner. Take the time to create a nice background for the account. Also, twitter often, the more followers the more twitter.
When ever you are doing gray things, you should always take care to create a creditable "background" story. It's easier to get pass moderators, if they scratch their head, versus, an account that looks spammy.
