Is it possible to get accepted without a site? What is your strategy when you applied. Please share your opinion.

I get accepted into plenty of cpa companies without a website.

You just have to act like you know your sh*t and that your the boss at what you do!
 
I never had a site, and have gotten accepted into CPA networks. Do you have a registered domain with a landing page? If not, maybe just leave it blank? Your call.
 
yeah you can get accepted without a site. the first cpa network i joined accepted me without a site. (adscendmedia) i just was honest with them and told them i didn't have a site and the method i planned on promoting with.
 
You can be accepted in adworkmedia without site, just write the truth in application
 
Or you can just iframe any required website in your domain and that way you will be able to confirm it if needed. Once I did this on one network and got accepted.
 
Yes man if you suggest them that you have PPV traffic or a network that accepts emails
