And is it worth even purchasing views? (not for ad money) But just to up it's relevancy in searches?

Also what are the best websites for purchasing views?

I heard of

YTNuke and ViewTornado

Is it an easy way to get banned as well? If anyone provides any sort of info I appreciate it.

You can't get banned from views, maybe from adsense, but from youtube, no.

Not possible at all, can only get over 100,000 views if you live in Canada.

Think about a good strategy. Produce Videos people might want to share with their friends and chose a good eye catching (not spammy) title. Also chose your keywords (google for "Youtube keyword tool") and place all relevant keywords to your video description. That is the best way of getting visitors in long-term.

i would just circulate through fiverr, i tried using ytnuke and viewtornado, but
compared to the prices i found on fiverr, its no competition honestly, $1.20 per
1k. just search and you will find some great providers
