is it possible to increase your views - for selling an item - with a vpn /proxies

- or with scrapebox ping mode ?--- is this possible

it doesnt work with ezine anymore -

would ebay notice ?

I'm pretty sure that you can do that.

But how would that really help. Does eBay actually prioritize listings by how many times they have been viewed?

Think of it this way. There are 2 items, and they have unlimited stock. Same price, same text, same everything. BUT, your ad has 1358 views compared to the other one which has 54. Which one looks better?

its not "viewed" but "watched" items that matter.

Ebays BEST MATCH algorithm does not count views as a positive.

In fact, when views outweigh watches, it can be a big, big negative for you.

the way it helps is that when people view it --- they see 100 views -- and go yeh ok ill buy it - cos of the herd instinct - you get the option to stick a counter on your listing

actually it`s an interresting idea using the scrapebox ping option and it would definitely show confidence to potential buyers

its not a good idea. ebay is not youtube. more views and no buys or watchers will hurt you in the best match ranking.

Do not listen to anyone who says views count better.

Best match uses a View/Watch/Buy Ratio to determine priority (among other things)

Spiking your views will do nothing for your listing, unless you get accounts watching, it will actually make it go backwards.
