I don't know if it's possible or if there would be too many obstacles.
It would be like this:
A cron to get the latest movies added on IMDB with API (even the ones which have only a trailer, to get ranked fast)
Get informations on those movies (synopsis, images, etc), then a script would add a new page (or article on WP) on your website with infos, images, etc... AND fake streaming player (=> CPA offer)
Then, the script uploads with YT API a fake video on youtube (in which you can put an image like "sorry, video deleted, go to our website in description") with title like "<name of the movie> watch full" etc (spin title and some of the description) (There are libraries to edit video a little before uploading, so you can change somehow the video each time you upload a new one, so this is not another "copy" each time). You can do this on several video networks (dailymotion, etc)
After that, the script makes some automated advertising on social networks (fb, twitter, quora, etc etc) with APIs. A lot of spin needed I guess, to not getting flaged.
So you are early SEO ranked on each movies and you also have traffic from Youtube, twitter, etc.
I guess 10/20 proxies could be important (still avoid flags).
