Hello Im sorry if this is a noob question for you guys.

I want to buy a aged Ebay Account with cookies, created in the USA. But I live in germany and many customers wont buy anything in german ebay, if it is located in the USA.
Is it possible to change the adress to a german adress without getting banned or anything?

In one article of eBay, I have seen if you move anywhere or if your address got change then you need to update your address.

Yes, you can change your address on eBay account, but that may raise security concerns when you start selling and then eBay may request documents to confirm your identity.

Yes, you can change your address and even your name if you want to.
