Is it possible to change suggested profiles?

Hey guys,

i was wondering if there is any way how to change suggestions under your profile. Right now lots of hiking accounts are showing up under mine even do I am not in that niche, however i used to be. Now im posting more travel / lifestyle related content in general since more than a month.

Is there any way to change them without getting rid of them completely?
Or will they change over time?
