Is it possible to change profile privacy from web?

I just bought few accounts and most of them are private, since I edit them online in browser from PC, I cant seem to find option to change privacy from "PRIVATE" to "PUBLIC". Is there anyway to do it from PC or is it only doable from Phone.

Is it doable via Followliker?
