If you purchase an existing channel then you have no way to check whether they have grown the Telegram channel organically and whether the subscribers are real or fake people.
I strongly recommend doing the work of increasing the Telegram channel yourself with the help of a professional advertising bot, there are a lot of bots for sale here on the forum.

Buying TG channels is a big no tbh. You can spend the same amount into growing your own.
Think of your channel as the end of the funnel and start driving traffic to it.
In trading or crypto niche, it's VERY easy to grow your account. You can find multiple channels/groups/privates that have your audience. Approaching them for a shoutout is one way.
Like there are endless options for you.

Possible but be careful coz there are tons of fake joins in most of these channels particularly trading/crypto niche.
