Is it possible to block spam on my FB page?

My FB page gets like a couple of ads/spam everyday, some being sexual. It's not a huge problem because I can delete them fairly easily but is it possible to block this? I've tried reporting them but FB does nothing.

Oh, that was your page I was spamming?

J/K, nah, not a whole lot you can do about it other than manual deletion.

You can keep people from posting but not from commenting on posts you've made.

Yea, the main thing is like these porn bots that post pictures up. I can stop photos from being posted. But there's alt of good photos up and it is a main part of the page. Well, I guess I'll just have to keep deleting.

I get that same shit daily on my pages, some spammers even post like 20 times on other peoples comments and shit, it is very annoying..

I report them, delete them but the bots keep coming back..ARGHH

I have 23 Pages and i waste 2-3 Hours daily deleting those spam comments
