Is it possible to avoid phone verification?

I've been creating a lot of accounts over the months using ig and no matter what can't seem to avoid phone verification which once upon a time I never had to deal with.

Is it mandatory now to have to phone verify each account or is it possible to avoid?

They're just checks to extinguish the poorly botted accounts from the strong
Everyone gets them, better early than later on

I always PV every account I start, and I never have to re-PV unless I go too spammy or a sudden algo-change from IG. as Zueron said. Better early than later on!

Try to use aged accs, if anything, that should help.

It's a few time that i get a phone verification
80% of my accounts even those cpa acc run without phone verification
i think it's HQ accounts+ fresh proxy
