is it possible remove blogspot about defamation?

hi im helping one of my family. someone defamate him in blogspot and youtube. report to google is useless and never have repons. any idea what to do or maybe there is service to remove the link?

Best course of action is generating good news about your cousin to suppress those other pages in search results.
