Is it possible in adwords? please answer

I have just finished my first campaign in adwords.Bellow is the statistics:

Click: 321
Impr: 14,076
CTR: 2.28%
Avg. CPC: $0.14
Cost: $43.98

I am not sure it is good or bad as still now i am learning about adowords.

However I have 2 question about adwords.These are:

1.Can I use new account one after one ( with voucher code) to run campaign for my same only one domain and url?Such as i my first campaign i advertise my www.mydomain.com and now can I run another campaign for that same domain with another new account( credited with voucher code)?

2. Can I run 2 or more campaign for same domain at the same time with different accounts?

Hope to get answer from adwords campaign experts.

No to both of your questions.

Two accounts cannot send traffic to the same url, and usually not the same domain either.

Thanks ... 2nd question's answer is clear to me.But confusion about first one.I was using a account to advertise for www.mydomain.com.Balance ( free voucher code) of that account has finished and campaign has stopped.I will not use even login that account any more.But I have another account ready credited with voucher code.Now can i run another campaign for that same domain with this new account?

You can use Same domain and landing page for plenty accounts as long as The domain dont get blacklist.
Been doing it since long.
