Couple years ago, when I was still in Europe, I used to go to local meetups, conferences, etc and I was at this sofware house, right. And dude is giving a presentation on software development. And during the presentation he starts mentioning that he is single and likes safe sex xDDD. He was actually quite funny guy, ugly tho. I added him on LinkedIn but that'd be about it. He coded some app that all taxi companies in Poland are using or something?? Would make sense, devs do a lot of different projects, commercial/private sector and for government (like government sites/apps), etc.
Another event... There was this restaurant, the owner lets devs/software companies give presentations there, right. One time owner is giving a presentation... And of course he mentions that he is looking for a wife xD. I think he was armenian? He was babbling something about Ararat mountain *shrugs*. I think he added me on LinkedIn before I started attending these events? Never added him back.
So yeah, if you're single you gotta do what you gotta do, I guess... Public announcement dating strategy xD.
