Is it possible fake ebay account?

Okay , i have a plan but i am not sure if its work or legal. I do not live in United States but is it possible to create a US account with proxy from US and create it ? After that the item will be shipped to US from china as i am doing dropshipping.I live outside of US and i have native account there . However i read that if i use my native account to sell internationally i need to pay a subcription fee and i dont want to do that. Hence is it possible to create a US ebay account with fake address but the paypal is real and sell the things in US while shipping my product from oversea? i been finding answer this few days but i just cant find it . hope to hear from u guys .
