hello,
project title is
"twitter based prediction for upcoming elections."
in this project we are going to fetch twits releted to political parties and elections. and after analysis we will give prediction that which party will have bettrr chance of win this year.
i am not a developer and have no idea how to work with twitter. so i am asking to you, if this is posible to get this type of twits from twiter or they do not allow us to fetch twits.
any other suggestions are appreciated.
