Is it Panda 4.0 is update or not... I am confused..

3 days ago a little bit change in SERP and after that i checked for Google Updation then i saw matt cutt says Google panda 4.0 will be released in last of this month... so i am confused.. any tell me what is the matter..

Yes, does it really affects us? If you are doing proper seo and adaption materials, shouldn't have any issue
 
For some people that are playing with BH SEO,it dose matter.
It matters if you managed to trick the algo once again or this time you have to change something out.

As for "Whitehatters",this news about updates are somehow useless,although,some funny sites has been hit lately :)

So watch your ass :)
 
After every Google algorithmic update, a small flux is always detected in SERPs, but it doesn't prove that your site is penalized by Google update. My advise is wait for some days and check your keywords ranking regularly. It may be possible you get back your previous ranking after sometime.
 
Yes, Panda 4.0 has been confirmed and is rolling out. If you experience a drop in your rankings/traffic, it wouldn't hard to take a look at what the top threads here or top seo blogs say about panda 4.0. If not, keep doing what you have been doing so far.
