Is it okay to use posting software?

I'm wondering if I should use software to get other site content, then crawl it down and repost it to my website including title, description, images, embedded videos, then edit it manually. Will it affect SEO much?

It will be hard to get it indexed. Plus you need to be really good at BH SEO to rank duplicate content. If you dont have experience, dont waste your time.

One more thing, people can file DMCA and can get your domain removed from Google or they can also do negative SEO as you being a naughty person for stealing their content.

If it is an ad.u/lt website, is it possible?

If you directly copy content and paste at your website then you will get result in a penalty from Google sooner or later. It is good if you can edit them manually and repost at your website.
Google is very smarter than previous, For Ad u lt website, You can edit video, add your logo and repost, Always try to use DMCA ignored host for this kind of practice.

I found a way , require manual activity (not for too long) to create accounts in a website and start creating subdomains with your keywords.

Im planning to expand this software to forums CMS . Install with software and spam.
Sounds easy but isnt easy haha.

I mean I just embed the video from that web mainly and the title will be a little different
